Is there a free trial for Pro?⌄
There's no Pro trial because the Free plan IS the trial — you get 20 generations a day forever, on Gemini Flash, with all the core writing tools. Most people figure out whether MyScrive is for them well before they hit 20/day. When you do hit it consistently, that's the signal to upgrade.
Can I cancel anytime?⌄
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard with one click. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. No questions asked, no retention emails.
Do you train on my data?⌄
No. Your prompts are sent through our server to the AI provider you chose, then the response comes back. We don't store, log, or train on either side of that exchange. Read our privacy policy for the full breakdown.
Why does the free tier only have Gemini?⌄
Gemini Flash has the most generous free-tier limits, so we can offer 20 free generations a day without losing money on every user. Claude and GPT are pay-per-call from the moment we send them a request — that's why they're on Pro.
What if I exceed my daily limit?⌄
Generations stop until midnight UTC. We never charge overage fees or auto-upgrade you. Either come back tomorrow or upgrade to a higher tier.
Can I use my own API keys?⌄
Not in v1 — MyScrive uses our backend to enforce quotas and protect against abuse. If you need higher volume than Pro's 1,000/day, get in touch and we'll figure something out.
Do prices include VAT?⌄
Prices are excluding VAT. EU customers see VAT added at checkout based on your country.
Refunds?⌄
We don't pro-rate refunds for partial months. If something's broken or you were billed in error, email us and we'll make it right.
